The location is perfect, just a short walk to the attractions. We also checked out the golf course nearby. Overall, the vibe was great, and the staff were friendly.
The room wasn’t very clean, and there was a constant noise from other guests which was annoying.

simple room with nice extras
The king room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. It felt spacious and clean, very comfortable for the price. The jetted tub was a cool touch, even if I got the smaller one. The staff at the front desk were super polite, adding to a nice experience.

The local eats were pretty solid—hit up Burger King for a classic bite, or swing by Panda Express for some quick Asian grub.
But let’s not sugarcoat it—the room was dirty, shower looked like it hadn’t seen a scrub in ages, and that toilet paper was so thin, I swear I could read through it. Plus, with loud neighbors and some police drama nearby, it felt more sketch than chill.

The jacuzzi was the only highlight of my stay, offering a perfect escape. Unfortunately, the room was dirty with a really uncomfortable bed. It also had a strange smell that lingered. 😬

The Diamond Inn has a clean property, which stood out during my stay in North Hills. The rooms are spacious with good maintenace and a decent price. However, noise from ongoing remodeling made it a bit uneasy. The toilet paper felt extremely cheap, necessitating excessive use. Early check-in is available for a small fee, a nice option that many hotels don’t offer. Unfortunately, while the area is clean, it doesn’t feel safe at night, and I noticed some questionable activity around the parking lot. Amenities could use an upgrade. for instance, my TV had to be reset a couple of times. Overall, I found it satisfactory but with room for improvement. I’d consider returning if the noise level was better and I had access to higher-quality supplies.
